HI DONA!!!

Where is M&M's Daddy? I miss his posts about Mikki and Maris' adventures. I know they are coming up with more in all the MA snow!

I have my annual Christmas Cold! I have been drinking OJ for a week to ward it off but it came anyway. Sniff... Sniff...off to the NyQuil.

Oj is good for a cold but does nothing to make it less miserable....you need a hot toddy. Some tea with a little honey & lemon & a double shot of whiskey.....beats Nyquil hands down!

Thought I would need the vitamin C. Need your advice Jan. However, I think Chris finished Mr. Daniels off the other night. I'm more of a vodka and white rum drinker.

Me, I take the 1000mg vitamin c tablets and chase that with hot toddys....lol. Rum works fine too in a toddy.

Wish I checked in before, I have had a stinker of a cold/flu thing. The hot toddy just never occurred to me, how stupid is that!!

i wish i could have a hot toddy but allong with this flu i have also got a really nasty infection in my mouth where i had a tooth out... i on antibiotics and been told not to drink.....
just out of curiosity hot toddy... my mum used to make out of hot milk, whisky, honey ... hubbus mum said it should be water not milk, any other ideas???

Pearl is having wonderful time with the Xmas tree, she thinks its great fun to tryand grab a decoration (soft ones only on my tree) but then it falls over!! Worse than kids, lol

Ha! Ha! Pearl! Will she wait until no one is looking to do it or just blatantly defy you while you are looking? Cotton has still not touched her toy basket since it was moved to put up the tree. :roll:

We have some soft ornaments also that resemble stuffies and she went right for those while they were still in the box. I could almost hear her say, "MINE, ALL MINE!"

She has to check and make sure they are still buried there. Sometimes the Evil Gnomes will dig their way out. They are sneaky little buggers!

On the hot toddy I would avoid milk in it. Dairy products contribute to congestion. Use water or just add extra Rum or Whiskey....hehehe

I had a quick pm from Mingtime...she and hers are well. I would imagine that she is pretty busy with the dogs, the new store and a family to take care of....especially during Holiday season.

May be the same with Mindy...though I was hoping to see some more pics of those lovely pups of hers....perhaps we will see more of the Ladies after holiday season winds down....holidays are so stressful and demanding.
