So sorry to hear what Murphy and you are going through. It's definately hard when our "peiby's" get ill.

Glad to hear Murphy had a better night with no vomitting.

My thoughts are with you.

So we went to the vet today and blood-work was drawn, Murphi's creatin was 6.0 yesterday and today it's 5.3 :D it's going down :D

I am giving him Kangen water, it's suppose to help flush the kidneys, it's water that alot of cancer patients drink and they swear by it, so why not give it to the dogs  I really feel like it's helping Murphi :D

It's the most painful blow ever to go into the vet with a tummy ache and get that diagnosis. I'll never forget.

We are all sending the most positive energy to you and him for improvement and many more days of love.

Michele

You have done everything,by the book so I have no doubt you are on top of everything! Prayers and hope Murphi continues to improve.
I thought my vet was a nut , when he atarted insisting that I moniter food and water amounts - He may be a bit excessive , but I can understand why now - He wanted me to bring Dee in any issues with food or water 24 hrs. NO if , ands or buts, the only exception being if I could pinpoint the reason for the tummy problems.
Just thought I would let you know Murph, Murphy , MUrphi are all family names of my side that are recycled regularly. So I lovingly refer to the murph's of the world!

Sheli, take in a rubber backed bath mat for him to stand on instead of the slippery tables or floors and see if it helps him feel calmer during the exam.... They say slippery surfaces can trigger anxiety at Vets.

Murphi did very good today, he ate all of his food, which consisted of carrots, peas, white fish and chicken. The only way he will take his pills, is if i fake like i'm giving Reni the same thing he's getting.....Oh and yes, by the way........he'll only take it from a spoon, he ate his whole dinner tonight with me feeding him from a spoon
