Just wanted to say sorry for your loss. As you said at least your baby is not in anymore pain and can be running happy and free waiting for you on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Remember the good times and relish the fact that you were one of the lucky ones that had a good many years with your pei baby. No matter how short or how long we have our furry friends losing them is so hard even hen we know it is for the best. My best to you and all that have lost their pei-babies and others that I did not post too, my heart goes out to you also. Sandy It was a year ago July 17th that I lost my Rose to liver disease, she was 4 1/2, and I miss her but know that she is well now and as happy as can be, well enough about that I don't want to dwell in the past we look forward to the future.

Good News! Appy is going to the vet next week to see if everything is ok. We got a new puppy hopfully it will solve the greiving problem. Or maybe its something different i hope its not bad. My other puppy is not very effected. She didn't know aztec very long. Wish me good luck! Heres the picture of my new pup Riku! Isn't he cute

LOL! Doesn't riku look like a towel in that picture. He has a wonderful personality. The only thing i dont like is he sits and looks out the window and if something passes he'll park for like 10 minutes at it even if its out of view. Riku says hi with love, riku

Nikki, What is going on? The dog in the picture with the rolled up towel under the head, well that photo has been circulating around the internet for years! How can this be your new puppy? I'm happy you are getting a new puppy, but honesty is ALWAYS the best thing. I hope I am not misunderstanding you. Also you have written that you are a vet, yet you cannot spell common words? This makes me think that you are not a vet. Please do not think I am unkind for raising my concerns, but it is not necessary to present yourself incorrectly. spleens don't "erupted", they rupture. bleeding is not "eternaly", it is internal. Nikki, how old are you? We want to be here for you, but you must be truthful. Ann

Nikkie, I don't know what to think. You posted Riku on Dogster on July 19th. Here you are saying that you just got a new puppy. You also stated that your two dogs were grieving heavily, then said one of your dogs is "not very effected". You also stated Appy is pregnant with a due date in "dec". You should know that a dogs gestation period is about 63 days. So that would put Appy's delivery date at November, the first week...if you just found out Appy is pregnant. I also noticed that Appy is one year old (on Dogster) and has had a litter of puppies already? Is this correct? Or did you mean to say that you posted a picture of Appy as a puppy? If she has has a litter already, that would mean she was bred much to young!!! If she is only one year old, that is young too. Appy on Dogster NIKKI....STOP THE FABRICATIONS. You can speak truthfully to everyone here. You don't need to embelish your life or your dogs lives. You should know that posting photos that do not belong to you and saying they are your dogs is a violation of the copyright laws. Lets see YOUR dogs, that is the best. Nikki, do you have your own dogs? It's okay to wish for things, just don't make them up. Ann [ August 04, 2004, 10:20 AM: Message edited by: Grillgirl ]

Nikki, Get it together. You're welcome to post here and learn from other Pei enthusiasts but you should keep your stuff real, for your own good and everyone else's. Now, no one here knows what to believe. Pictures you're representing as your Pei on Dogster, and here, can be found elsewhere on the 'Net. An Image Search at Google shows a (clearer) picture of "Appy" from another site, fourth row down on the right. Now I'm thinking I could find all the others somewhere else if I bothered to look for them. You don't need to be a Pei owner to join us, and you don't need to pretend you're someone you're not. I'm sure you're just fine as you really are and we would welcome you as such. I strongly recommend you back up and start over or else Odie, The Forum Watchdog, might get upset...
