Hi Guys, Not sure if this has already been post but wanted people opinions on dog beds and what kind of material is best, my dog has a normal mattress type bed from pets for homes we moved into a new place with lamiante flooring since then ive noticed when ive moved the bed to hoover or clean its damp even tho I wash it every month when his washed etc tried drying the whole thing out as you cant wash the filling still happening not sure if its the filling thats sweating against his body heat etc or not. Anyone had this problem? I've had to throw it but seeing as i've spent a small fortune on beds in the past id rather pay for 1 rather then find its the same problem and go through this again. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated

Hi I purchased a raised pet bed from crufts. They have mesh on them, so breathable and you can purchase fleece coverings for them. Try http://www.hik9.com

Gotta tell ya, BOWSER PET BEDS is hands down the best longest lasting one on the market, hands down. The stuffing they use is different then other companies. It doesn't smash down or tear apart inside like most beds do. The covers they use are soft and beautiful but last thru a zillion washings. They have several styles. I have the mound round and 3 donut beds, I love both so do my dogs. You pay more but it will last way way longer then the others....It's very worth the money to get a Bowser Pet bed.

Mine get on ok, I got the xl size and my 3 snuggle up comfortably on it.
They are very light weight easy to assemble and come with a carry case for transport or holidays, the mesh is like the type that's on garden furniture so cleaning is easy and can be hosed down in the garden, the vet bedding is washable.
Don't know what the prices are like online but I paid £65 with the vet bedding cover

Tobler usually gets the best "cuddler bed" (round-ish) bed I can buy from Petsmart. It has eggcrate foam in it and it has a microfiber cover. I just got him a new one in December. It's his adult bed. He was kinda spilling out of the last one. lol -Amy

MeiLi prefers the nesting type beds with a foam core. I've tried replacing the one she uses but she won't sleep in any new one I buy. It is getting quite shabby and they discontinued the size to replace the cover. I used to have a doggy couch that had a foam core that was prized by 4 different dogs. It broke my heart when they stopped making it.
