I would try baby food meat just put some on your finger and put it in her mouth..Have it smooth so she can't spit it out..

He seems to be doing slightly better. Ate some chicken on his own and drank some water. It's such a relief. When we lost Kobe 2 months ago (7yrs old, cancer), he was at the point where he had stopped eating entirely. We couldn't even syringe feed him, he just wouldn't take it and spit it back out. Nothing worked. It was terrible and I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

I'm so happy to hear that Lola is doing better. As I am re-reading your post, I realize that I'm experiencing many of the things that you posted. The ER vet also had us giving Shaq 500mL of sub q fluids but reduced it to 250mL 2x daily. He has a heart murmur (3 out of 6) and they were worried that it might be a problem to give him too much fluids. He is also on 10mg of Pepcid Ac. He hasn't vomited at all today (thank god!).

I am hopeful that his condition improves. I don't think we could take losing both our babies one right after the other.
